Betting Rules

1. General Betting Rules

MMk121 accepts bets on events listed in the Line valid at bet acceptance. Bets may be placed before the event start or, for events in progress, via Live Betting. The Company may amend the Line, odds, and market limits at any time. Maximum and minimum stake amounts are set per event and market and may change without notice. Bets placed after the start of an event on non‑live markets are typically void unless the market is designated for live betting. Bets on events where the outcome is already known at the time of bet acceptance are void. The Company is not liable for obvious data errors and the customer bears responsibility for the accuracy of the bet. Once a bet is accepted by the system it cannot be altered or canceled. In the event of a technical failure or system interruption, bets are not automatically cancellable and may be re‑settled in accordance with these Rules. The Company may block or restrict accounts for violations of these Rules or suspicious activity. It is prohibited to place multiple identical bets to bypass limits. Disputes or unsettled matters should be raised within the timeframes described in the dispute procedures.

Two balances apply to betting activity: real balance and bonus balance. Wagers are typically funded from the real balance first. Details of balance usage are defined in the bonus terms and may affect eligibility and settlement of bonus wagers.

2. Bets, Settlement and Line Adjustments

2.1 Bets are accepted on the Line in effect at bet acceptance. Bets on Live events may differ from Prematch lines and are settled according to live market descriptions. 2.2 Bets are accepted before a start time; Live bets are accepted on events in progress. 2.3 Contested issues (wrong bet settlements, unsettled bets, etc.) may be raised within 30 days of the event end. 2.4 The Company may modify Line, odds, handicap values, and other market parameters at any time; bets placed before such changes remain subject to the Line and terms in effect at bet acceptance. 2.5 Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by sport, event, and market and are subject to change without notice. The Company may impose additional limits on specific events or accounts without explanation. 2.6 Bets placed on an event whose result was known before bet acceptance are void. 2.7 Prematch bets placed after the event has started are settled at odds of 1.00 unless the market is explicitly a live market. 2.8 The Company strives for accuracy but is not liable for obvious data errors or omissions affecting odds, results, or participant lists. 2.9 The player is solely responsible for their bet details; once a bet is accepted it cannot be altered or cancelled by the player. 2.10 Bets recorded on the server are not voided due to communication failures; such bets may be re‑settled if necessary. 2.11 If an incorrect settlement occurs due to technical failures or incorrect event results, the Company may re‑settle the affected bets. 2.12 The Company reserves the right to refuse bets from any player or to close or suspend accounts without notice for rule violations or suspicious activity. 2.13 Placing multiple identical bets to bypass limits is prohibited and may result in account restrictions or bet cancellations.

3. Bonus Betting, Real and Bonus Balances

Two balances exist on the platform: real balance and bonus balance. Real balance is used first for placing bets. Bonus funds are subject to active bonus wagering terms and conditions. If a bet is funded from a bonus balance and the bonus is deactivated before settlement, the bet may be void or settled in accordance with the bonus terms. Winnings from bonus funds are credited to the bonus balance and may be withdrawable only after satisfying the bonus wagering requirements. If a bet is funded from bonus funds and those funds are later converted into real money, settlement follows standard rules applicable to real bets. If a player chooses to opt out of using bonus funds, bets may be placed using real funds only. With an active bonus, it is prohibited to bet on more than one outcome within the same market in a single event; violations may cancel the bonus and related winnings and may lead to further account restrictions.

4. Live Betting

Live bets are accepted during events where outcomes are not yet determined. Live odds change in real time to reflect event progression. Live bets are settled based on the official results as soon as they are known, or as otherwise stated in the market description. In some cases, the Company may settle Live bets using its own statistical view of the event progression. Bets on non‑competing athletes may be void if the underlying progression does not support the market. Bets for outcomes determined during the event are settled at the conclusion of the event; bets on outcomes not unconditionally determined or events not completed are settled with odds of 1.00 (refunded) unless stated otherwise. Claims regarding Live bets must be submitted within 24 hours of the event start. If a match is abandoned or not finished within 48 hours of starting, bets on undecided markets may be void or refunded as specified in the market rules. The time indicated in the Line is the time the betting window closes for that event; the official start time for settlement is the actual start time as confirmed by the governing body. The Company may block automated betting or suspect activity.

5. Market Types and Available Outcomes

The following outcomes are displayed on the Site and correspond to standard betting markets: 5.1 Team 1 To Win is shown as 1; 5.2 Draw is shown as X; 5.3 Team 2 To Win is shown as 2; 5.4 Team 1 To Win or Draw is shown as 1X; 5.5 Team 2 To Win or Draw is shown as X2. 5.6 Team To Win With a Handicap is shown as a Handicap market; the handicap may be negative or positive and is applied to the final result. If the result after applying the handicap is a draw, the market pays at odds of 1.0. 5.7 Total refers to the total of a specified statistic (goals, points, etc.) and is settled as over/under against the quoted total. 5.8 Correct Score requires predicting the exact final score. 5.9 HT‑FT requires predicting the halftime result and the fulltime result. 5.10 Highest Scoring Period selects the period with the most goals/points. 5.11 Time Interval bets target specified time windows within a match. 5.12 Competitor’s Result bets cover progression (e.g., rounds or qualifications) and are settled according to official outcomes; changes due to rescheduling may affect settlements in accordance with market rules.

6. Outrights and Play‑Or‑Pay

Outright markets cover winners of events, races, or tournaments, including long‑term standings. If a participant does not start, Outright bets on that participant are void. If multiple winners or a dead heat is declared, the stake is divided evenly among winners and settled at the full odds. Head‑to‑head markets are subject to different settlement rules and may be voided if a listed participant does not participate. Play‑or‑Pay rules apply to Outright markets: bets on listed participants stand even if the participant does not participate in the event. Head‑to‑head markets are excluded from this rule. If a participant is replaced by another from the same team, team markets remain valid while individual participant markets may be void.

7. Eligibility, Responsible Gaming and Security

All bettors must meet the minimum age requirement set by applicable law, and must not participate on behalf of or represent another betting entity. The Company reserves the right to verify identity and to suspend or close accounts where required by law, internal policy, or suspicious activity. Players must not attempt to gain an unfair advantage through manipulation or collusion, and must not use automated devices to place bets.

8. Disputes, Claims and Settlement Procedures

Claims or disputes regarding settled bets should be raised promptly. No claims will be considered more than seven days after settlement or more than two weeks after the event, whichever is earlier. The Customer Services team will review disputes, with ultimate decisions resting with the Head of Sportsbook or a designated senior officer.

9. Data, Odds, Settlement Standards and Errors

Odds displayed are shown with two decimal places. Total odds for a bet are calculated using a higher precision and rounded per internal rules; the resulting total winnings are truncated to two decimal places. In the event of a technical error, odds misprints, or incorrect results, the Company may re‑settle affected bets. Settlement timelines for settled bets are generally within 30 days from the date of settlement. If a match finishes prior to the stated time or is abandoned, settlements follow the applicable market rules and official results.

10. Changes to Rules and Rights Reserved

MMk121 reserves the right to modify these betting rules at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. The Company may introduce, suspend, or remove markets, alter terms for specific events, and take action in response to regulatory requirements or to protect the integrity of betting. The Company may refuse bets, void bets, or suspend accounts in accordance with these Rules or for suspected irregular activity. The Company may rely on official results or governing body decisions to determine outcomes.
