Withdrawal Policy Overview
This Withdrawal Policy governs requests to withdraw funds from a user account with Mmk121. It forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to all withdrawal requests submitted through the account cashing system. It sets forth available methods, applicable limits, processing timelines, and dispute handling.
Eligibility and Verification
- The minimum withdrawal amount is 40 EUR or the equivalent in the account’s currency.
- Identity verification (KYC) must be completed prior to processing payouts. The company may require ongoing documentation to confirm identity and source of funds.
- The name on the withdrawal method must match the account holder’s name. The company may deny withdrawals if the names do not correspond or if fraud indicators exist.
- Source of funds and activity may be reviewed. Withdrawals may be blocked or delayed if there is suspicion of illicit activity, irregular deposits, or non-compliance with AML policies.
- Deposited funds must be wagered through at least once before withdrawal eligibility is satisfied. Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to separate wagering requirements; funds derived from promotions may affect withdrawal availability.
- The company may require additional documentation (government-issued ID, address proof, recent utility bill, or other verifications) before approving a withdrawal.
Withdrawal Methods, Limits and Availability
- Available withdrawal options depend on the user’s country and payment arrangements; not all methods may be available to every user.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is 40 EUR or equivalent.
- The maximum withdrawal per transaction depends on the selected method; overall withdrawal limits are as follows: up to 5,000 EUR per day, up to 10,000 EUR per week, and up to 30,000 EUR per month. If a requested withdrawal exceeds a method’s per-transaction limit, the payout may be issued in installments.
- Withdrawals may be issued in fiat currency or virtual currency, depending on the method and the origin of the deposited funds. Funds deposited in virtual currency are generally withdrawn in virtual currency; fiat withdrawals are not available for deposits originally made in virtual currency, and vice versa where applicable.
- For withdrawals of virtual currency, payouts are transferred to the user’s bound virtual currency wallet. Blockchain confirmations corresponding to the last deposit are required before processing a withdrawal of that currency.
- A withdrawal request may be declined or placed on hold for additional verification or risk assessment. The company reserves the right to apply additional KYC checks to any withdrawal.
- Fees may apply for certain withdrawal methods or regions; any applicable fees will be displayed on the withdrawal page prior to submission.
- To withdraw, the user must have active deposited funds and comply with all above eligibility criteria. Funds are not withdrawable while they are under a chargeback, dispute, or fraud investigation.
- If the deposited funds originated from a method that requires it, withdrawals thereafter may be restricted until compliance checks are completed.
Processing Times and Withdrawal Mechanics
- The company aims to approve or deny a withdrawal request within two (2) business days after all verification requirements are met.
- Final settlement times depend on the chosen withdrawal method and may be affected by banking holidays, network confirmations for crypto, and regulatory checks.
- You may cancel (rollback) a withdrawal request at any time before it is finalized. Cancellations return funds to your account balance and the company bears no liability for gameplay losses incurred after a cancellation if they occurred post-approval.
- The company reserves the right to suspend, pause, or reject withdrawals pending investigations or security reviews determined by risk management policies.
Chargebacks, Refunds and Disputes
- A chargeback is a reversal of funds to the user’s account initiated by the user’s bank. The company may suspend or block the user’s account if a chargeback is initiated or threatened.
- In a chargeback, the company may recover the payment funds, processing commissions, currency conversion costs, and any bank penalties. Administrative fees may apply, and remaining funds may be treated as blocked or inactive as appropriate.
- Refunds are transfers of funds from the company to the user initiated by the company itself. Refunds are subject to the company’s assessment of grounds for the refund and may be refused where the product or service has already been consumed or fully delivered.
- Grounds for refunds include accidental credit, fraudulent charges, or non-delivery of a product or service. Users seeking refunds should contact Customer Support with a clear explanation of the grounds for the request. The company will respond within two (2) days with a determination and rationale.
- Where a dispute arises from a withdrawal or a transaction, the company may cooperate with banks or payment processors in accordance with applicable laws and its internal dispute resolution procedures. The user acknowledges that, in all such matters, the company’s decision on refunds or reversals is final unless required otherwise by law.
Security, Compliance and Disclosures
- The company may perform AML/KYC checks and verify the source of funds before and during withdrawal processing. Persistent failures to verify information may lead to withdrawal denial or account restriction.
- Withdrawals are subject to lawfully required reporting and compliance measures. The company reserves the right to alter payment methods, limits, and processing times to comply with applicable regulations.
- The company may temporarily suspend withdrawals to complete fraud prevention checks, system maintenance, or regulatory requests.
General Provisions
- The company reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Changes apply to withdrawals initiated after the publication date unless stated otherwise.
- The company is not liable for delays or failures caused by external payment providers, banks, or network congestion beyond its reasonable control.
- All withdrawal activities must comply with the terms of service and applicable betting and gaming regulations. Non-compliance may result in withdrawal denial or account termination.
